Jordy Smith is a name you will have heard of. Born in Durban, South Africa, he’s known for power surfing and generally being an aerial wizard. While a World title has so far eluded him, Jordy knows that the journey to getting top spot in the sport is just as important as the destination. This episode of Pack Heavy, Chase Light is all about tenacity and stepping back to see the bigger picture - sure, Jordy hasn’t got a #1 placing just yet, but he’s got a beautiful family, a son who adores him and a career that takes him all over the world with the people he loves.
